I’m Tyler Bonnewell, Finance Director at Seelye Auto Group. We’ve been using a Ascent Dealer Services for just shy of three years now. They’ve been super crucial in helping us with a variety of things, helping us certainly increase PVR and products per deal. Process is something we were really struggling with prior to them and standardizing processes across the board and all the stores in our auto group, they’ve definitely helped with the help with that and that’s become very streamlined. The biweekly coach calls have been very important in that our twice week reminder of what to do and some of those little reminders that you need from basic things to the really deep things. Paul Brown’s been our dealer partner for three years now and has been very, very helpful and has developed a lot of relationships throughout our group and it’s been it’s been very helpful having the hands on dedicated coaching.

So we’ve been using the Ascent Dealer Services now for a few years and between Paul and Adam, who we have had a personal relationship with prior, we’re really happy with the with the decision that we made. They really hit the home, the empathy, the professionalism and the execution of what they preach and we’re very thankful to have them.
