Jeremy brings nearly three decades of retail automotive experience to the Ascent team. His journey began on the showroom floor as a sales professional and quickly evolved into a distinguished leadership career marked by exceptional performance, team development, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Jeremy has built a reputation for helping people reach their full potential. His accomplishments include being recognized as a Runner-Up for F&I Dealer of the Year, achieving nearly a decade of continuous Council of Excellence honors, and leading teams that consistently ranked among the top 20% in the nation. Yet, ask Jeremy what he’s most proud of, and he’ll point to the people he’s developed, the communities he’s served, and the lasting impact he’s made along the way.
Jeremy’s competitive drive started long before his career in the automotive industry. As a collegiate athlete at Carthage College, where he studied sports medicine, he learned the discipline, accountability, and leadership principles that continue to define his approach today. When he’s not helping dealerships improve performance and profitability, Jeremy enjoys destination golf, traveling with his wife and children, spending time with the family’s newest member, Clifford the horse, and coaching youth athletics. His passion for developing others extends far beyond the dealership and into every aspect of his life.
